Ashe scoops new Pagabo Medium Works Framework

We are delighted to announce our appointment to public sector procurement specialist Pagabo’s new National Framework for Medium Works for Lot 2 (£1m-£5m) and Lot 3 (£5m-£10m). The framework agreement is available to ALL public sector contracting authorities and will cover projects in the Education, Health, Sports, Leisure, Prisons, Police, Fire and Rescue, and Ambulance Services. The framework runs for a period of three years from the 1st January 2019, with the option to extend for a further year. The framework will cover, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishment and maintenance requirements.

Ashe have secured regions on the framework throughout the east and west midlands, east of England and the south east.

This will compliment our existing work that we are undertaking on other frameworks that include the Scape Regional Construction framework in the east of England, the Essex County Council Framework, the Hertfordshire County Council, the LGSS framework in the east of England, and will further assist in delivering public sector projects for our clients in the regions where we have been successful.

Business Development Director Andrew Morris commented ‘Public sector work is one of our core work streams and one where our teams have been delivering exceptional facilities since before our first framework for Hertfordshire County Council in 2003. We now have a number of public sector framework platforms to suit every requirement and look forward to working with our clients and the Pagabo team to deliver facilities fir for the communities they serve.
