Exciting new role for Administration Assistant

Founded in 1972, Ashe manages the design and construction of buildings for public and private sector clients nationwide. With offices in Hertfordshire, it serves a wide range of markets and industries with projects requiring new construction, internal and external refurbishment, alterations and fit-outs. We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Hitchin. This role is varied and integral to the smooth running of the office and responsibilities include, general administration and secretarial duties, supporting and covering the wider Admin team and reception, chasing and scanning important documents and producing Site Packs.

If you are highly organised and be able to work methodically, highly organised and have attention to detail and able to work well within a team, as well as individually, then we want to hear from you!

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can work with confidential documents, in line with existing internal processes and have excellent IT skills.

Hours are flexible and we will consider full or part time. Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday  8.30am- 5.00pm, with an hour’s unpaid lunch break.
