Tenders on Teams
Like many other departments at Ashe, we have adapted well to remote working. Utilising video conferencing software such as Microsoft Teams our bid-teams have all maintained contact throughout recent weeks.
Our pre-construction team are continuing to track, tender, and PQQ for new opportunities during these challenging times.
With video meetings we’ve kept in touch as a department, sharing information about the various projects we’ve each been working on and providing friendly support to each other throughout these difficult times. It’s been important to maintain our team spirit and the regular calls have help keep moral high within the team.
Technology and software has been crucial to ensure it’s business as usual for the department and by utilising our Causeway Estimating software and Deltek Project Information Management software, both cloud-based, we have enabled the pre-construction team to access the latest project and tender information with relative ease.
Our supply chain partners have continued to provide their support and services to our bid teams and have ensured that the standard and accuracy of our tenders remains as high as ever.
Whilst we are unsure of the potential challenges that we will face over the coming weeks, and months the Ashe pre-construction team are continuing to bid for new opportunities and remain busy and as keen as ever to secure new prospects.
