Ashe are delighted to announce we have been awarded a position on the Central Bedfordshire Construction Framework. This is the first of its type for Central Bedfordshire Council which will run until March 2026.
With a total proposed pipeline of more than £300m, this award will allow us to bid for work across Bedfordshire, East Anglia, Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire on projects valued between £2m to £8m.
Ashe are currently working alongside Central Bedfordshire Council who are delivering a 2FE expansion scheme to the existing Thornhill Primary School in Houghton Regis. This project is nearing completion of a new passivhaus CLT frame primary school expansion. As well as refurbishment works to the existing school building and beautiful landscaping across the whole school site.
In further news between Ashe and Central Bedfordshire Council we are delighted to announce we have been awarded an £11.5m project at Sandy Secondary School, more details on this scheme will be announced soon.
