Ashe Belong, is our employee volunteer group that’s focused on making sure everyone feels included and welcomed and is able to contribute their best and achieve their career goals.
Programmes such as Aspire and Belong have helped to make Ashe an Investors in People silver accredited business. We’ve made continuous progress since becoming a member in 2017 and are now approaching gold accreditation.
