I am extremely fortunate to have a role that offers such a diverse range of responsibilities for collaboration across different departments within the business. My role allows my creativity to come through within content writing, graphic design, photography, and video production.
Over the past two and a half years at Ashe, I have experienced significant personal and professional growth. I now confidently manage multiple projects independently, thanks to the trust placed in me by my team.
An achievement I am proud of was organising the Ashe charity football tournament earlier this year. It was the first time I had been involved with the organisation of such a big event. All the stress and running around paid off as everything went smoothly, and everyone had a fantastic day. I can’t wait to do it all again this year!
Looking ahead, I am highly motivated to continue progressing within Ashe. My manager is incredibly supportive, consistently encouraging me to expand my knowledge and skill set. The support and encouragement fuel my excitement for what lies ahead for my future within the company.
