Career Highlights

Writing and winning our first framework in 2003, working predominantly with Hertfordshire County Council on the Smarteeast Framework. Looking back it was a really basic submission. I remember bugging the guys who wrote it loads to ensure we understood the objectives and deliverables. I promised the earth and the team delivered. It was the start of our framework journey which has ensured that Ashe as a business is always focused on delivering on client objectives. Obviously building to time, budget and quality is very important but that is a given these days. Social Value and Sustainability is equally as important and working on initiatives to ensure we add value and try and improve our environment and communities is something I’m very proud of.
