5 years

Luke initially joined Ashe as our Temporary Works Graduate, working alongside our Design and Build department to develop and design temporary works solutions for our site activities. Luke has shown excellent technical and industry knowledge and demonstrated his skills to operate as a Design Manager. Luke has supported our Technical Director, Dan Armes, and Head of Design, Alex Calvert, to learn and understand the role of a Design Manager and is now excelling on his own. Luke’s courteous and can-do approach to projects has already seen him become a very popular member of the team with Ashe staff, clients, and consultants.

Career Highlights

I’ve worked on many memorable projects at Ashe, but since I’ve become a Design Manager, I have been working on The Valley SEN School scheme. To be a part of the team developing this vital school from RIBA stage 1 onwards has certainly been a highlight of my career so far. I’ve helped this project move from an idea to seeing works start on site, it’s been a very enjoyable and rewarding scheme to have been part of.
