I joined Ashe as a receptionist within the Business Support Team and within two years I was given the opportunity to start a HR apprenticeship for Level 3 HR Support.
Gaining my HR qualification is my best achievement so far, and I really appreciate how the company encouraged me to do the apprenticeship and how accommodating they were with my study time. I’m hoping to progress to Level 5 in my HR qualifications.
