We have built up strong relationships with schools and colleges which has allowed us to work collaboratively alongside young people, develop their skills and excite them about careers of the future. We will do this by delivering our ‘Building Better Communities’ strategy. This focuses on our core activities as a business and targets five areas of impact: Leadership, Communities, Young People, Environment and Wellbeing.
