We know Ashe people are motivated by growing their skills and experience. Of course, to support their career ambitions, but also to ensure they can guide clients on compliance, buildability and achieving their social and environmental goals.

We nurture a high performance culture at Ashe, in which there are opportunities for people at all levels to develop skills and experiences which are related to their roles and enable them to broaden the scope of their work.

Our bespoke, values-led Ashe Aspire Academy enables every employee of Ashe to create their own learning and development programme. This should align with the Path to Progression for their department and be supportive of our business aims and our clients’ needs but can encompass any form of learning and sector-related knowledge they want to acquire.

We have a well-structured performance management system that ensures employees receive feedback from their line manager through regular one-to-ones, as well as their annual performance appraisal. New starters are supported throughout their probation period with effective induction programmes, openness about expectations, and effective support on their development needs.

We measure and monitor employee satisfaction with learning and development opportunities as part of our Investors in People accreditation. This includes less formal feedback opportunities, as well as Group-wide employee surveys. 

Every Ashe employee has over a week's training per year.
