Kickstart Your Construction Career with Ashe Construction: Become a Rotational Apprentice and Gain Hands-On Experience Across Multiple Departments!

Are you passionate about construction and eager to build a successful career in our industry? Ashe is offering a unique opportunity for a Rotational Construction Apprentice. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with comprehensive, hands-on experience across multiple departments while you study towards a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship at Westminster University, one day a week. Additionally, there is an option to continue your studies in your chosen specialism to Level 6, equivalent to a full bachelor's degree, opening up further career progression opportunities.

As a Rotational Apprentice at Ashe, as part of our ASPIRE academy, you will embark on a dynamic development programme that immerses you in the full project lifecycle. You will rotate through key departments, gaining invaluable insights and skills in:

  • Planning: Learn how construction programmes are developed and maintained.
  • Estimating: Understand how project costs are calculated and tenders prepared.
  • Design: Assist with design coordination and technical drawing interpretation.
  • Buying: Gain insight into procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Surveying: Support cost control and valuation processes.
  • Site Management: Work directly with project teams to oversee construction activities on site.

Education & Progression:

While gaining practical experience, you will study towards a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship at Westminster University. This blend of academic learning and real-world application will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the construction industry. Once you have completed your Level 4 qualification, you will have the opportunity to select an area of specialism within construction for your Level 6 studies.

Application Requirements:

    • Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
    • a minimum of 104 (predicted) UCAS points
    • Full UK Driving Licence
    • and the Right to Work in the UK; unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
