Since Jason joined Ashe in 2013 he has shown to be an enthusiastic and driven site manager, with outstanding communication skills. Jason strives for quality on every project and works hard to identify any challenges and the opportunities to resolve them. Jason’s approach to projects is methodical and rigorous and his polite and trustworthy personality keeps a good relationship on site. With experience of delivering numerous projects within live operational facilities Jason understands the importance regular and clear communication plays in ensuring minimal disruption to the clients in the environments in which he works, whether it’s a school, college, or health centre.

  • Roles & Responsibilities

    Jason will support our Project Manager in the control of the construction site on a daily basis. He will be available as a point of contact for supply chain partners, client representatives, and the client. He will oversee his on site team to ensure that all of Ashe’s deliverables are achieved to the satisfaction of all parties resulting in projects that will be delivered safely, on time, to the clients budgetary requirements whilst surpassing the clients expectations with regards to the quality of design and finish.

Career Highlights

Completing the LLDD Bedford College project on time and within budget with the added challenges of an additional £1m being added to the contract value part way through the programme. Social value played a key part to this project with regular safe guided site tours for students, live training areas for the college’s construction pupils, an on-site BBQ and numerous work experience weeks and apprentices on site. The project received a National Silver CCS Award for achieving 43 out of 50, Ashe’s highest score at the time.
