Jordan initially joined Ashe as a project surveyor, and managed the commercial aspects of projects across a range of values and sectors. During this time, Jordan demonstrated excellent communication skills and understanding of the wider construction works to support the project delivery as a whole. Through this development, Jordan has now moved to the role of Contracts Manager, engaging in the planning, build and supply-chain management of the project delivery, all whilst maintaining his commercial eye, communication skills, positive attitude, and good humour. Jordan has experience across a range of constructions sectors, including motor dealerships, and schools. Jordan has an in depth approach to surveying and delivers high standards on each scheme he works on.

  • Roles & Responsibilities

    Jordan will oversee the project team to ensure all aspects of the construction process are built in accordance with the construction programme. He will drive the progress of the supply chain and ensure the purchasing team place orders to ensure unhindered progress of the works on site. He will convene weekly / fortnightly / monthly progress meetings as required, and ensure that compliance with all Ashe quality and process procedures are adhered to.

    Handing over the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home in Old Windsor. Being part of the team delivering HMP Oakwood in Featherstone at circa £200m.

Career Highlights

A career highlight for me has been delivering the Red Kite SEN School in Corby, on time, within budget and to the required quality. It was a great project to be apart of, with an excellent outcome!
