The project involved the demolition of existing tennis courts, to allow for the main works comprising of the construction of a new Sports Hall building with changing rooms and ancillary spaces, and associated external works. This steel framed structure with walling finished in timber and metal cladding included piled foundations and a concrete beam and block floor. External works included paving and ramped access paths, new walls and landscaping works.
